Roles We’re Hiring For
(All roles are full-time with hybrid/remote flexibility)
1. MRO Procurement Specialist
What you’ll do: Help businesses buy maintenance/repair supplies (like factory parts, safety gear, or tools) at better prices.
Find reliable suppliers, negotiate costs, and solve urgent shortages (e.g., “This machine broke—we need a part tomorrow!”).
Talk to businesses about their procurement headaches. No hard selling—just listening and explaining how we help.
Be the main contact for our clients. Understand their goals, check in regularly, and ensure they’re saving money/time.
Turn their feedback into service improvements.
Startup reality: You’ll handle everything from research to supplier relationships. No red tape.
2. Fleet Procurement Specialist
What you’ll do: Source vehicle parts, tires, and fuel for companies with fleets (trucks, vans, construction equipment).
Predict maintenance needs to avoid breakdowns and negotiate bulk discounts.
Talk to businesses about their procurement headaches. No hard selling—just listening and explaining how we help.
Be the main contact for our clients. Understand their goals, check in regularly, and ensure they’re saving money/time.
Turn their feedback into service improvements.
Startup reality: You’ll work with mechanics, tech tools, and logistics partners to keep fleets moving.
3. Operations Coordinator
What you’ll do: Make sure orders ship on time and track deliveries. Handle customs forms, returns, or delays. Keep our procurement platform updated with real-time info.
Startup reality: You’re the glue between suppliers, clients, and our team. Expect the unexpected!
4. Data & Tech Support
What you’ll do: Use simple tools to spot savings (e.g., “Client X overpays for bearings—here’s a cheaper supplier”). Help clients use our software and fix tech hiccups.
Startup reality: You’ll translate data into plain English—no PhD required.
