4. Confidentiality: We handle all client information confidentially unless required by law to disclose it.

5. Intellectual Property: All materials, reports, and recommendations created by 77 Entity remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability will not exceed the value of services rendered in the previous 30 days.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
