Roles we are hiring for:
1. Retreat Designer/Planner
What they do: Brainstorms retreat themes, designs activities, and creates detailed schedules.
Why needed: Turns client goals (e.g., “better teamwork” or “new ideas”) into actual plans.
Startup reality: Might also scout locations or manage vendor contracts early on.
2. Logistics Coordinator
What they do: Books venues, handles travel, arranges food/accommodations, and runs retreat setups.
Why needed: Makes sure everything actually happens smoothly on the ground.
Startup reality: Will also pack/unpack supplies, troubleshoot Wi-Fi, and fix last-minute issues.
3. Facilitator/Trainer
What they do: Runs retreat activities (workshops, team exercises, talks).
Why needed: Clients pay for expertise—someone must guide groups effectively.
Startup reality: Look for “hybrid” skills (e.g., a leadership coach who also does team-building games).
